Conversations UNCHAINED

Do you personally or as a professional struggle with authenticity, connection and trust through conversations? More specifically critical conversations? While traveling around and facilitating Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead work, I have learned one of the top trends is that people (at ALL levels) are lacking training and skills surrounding how to be prepared for conversations while acknowledging their anxiety, fears, and uncomfortability. This is a major block to engaged conversations that turn into meaningful ones, psychological safety, and team peak performance. There is a workshop for that!!!!!  The workshop Conversations UNCHAINED (6 hrs) explores different types of conversations (performance based, task oriented, contentious, personnel, climate/culture), the importance of meaningful conversations and how they affect team/leadership dynamics, and how to show up in the most productive way through research, practical application, mentimeter technology, surveys, and storytelling/learned experience from anyone that wants to participate in the discussion.
