Have you ever felt challenged in achieving genuine connection and trust during critical conversations? As someone who's traversed diverse settings, both personally and while facilitating Brené Brown's Dare to Lead™ workshops, I've witnessed a universal truth: many of us, regardless of background or status, grapple with approaching difficult discussions confidently. We're unprepared, often overshadowed by our anxieties, doubts, and uncertainties.
