Athena is the Goddess of Wisdom and War. She is known for her strategic skill in warfare, is often portrayed as a companion of heroes, and is the patron Goddess of Heroic Endeavor. Just like Athena, my life's passion is to protect and lead people. Just like her, I have fought for values like justice, truth, morality, and have put it all on the line to protect these beliefs. I have broken through my chains throughout the years and am here to assist others in their journey.
I actively served 16 years in the military as both an Officer and Enlisted, with over 11 years of leadership experience in small and large groups, up to 400 personnel. I have held positions requiring me to make life altering decisions while serving in combat roles, nuclear security, laws enforcement duties, and was a Commander (Chief of Police equivalent) as the last position I held in the military. I have changed Department of Defense policies, Air Force level policy & procedures for Sexual Assault, human trafficking and gang activity. I have affected Air Force policy changes surrounding Mental Health treatment and modernization.
I am 1 of 520 (approximately) Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators internationally. I received my Associate Coach Certification through Coach Training EDU, and am working towards my International Coaching Federation certification. I am a High Flow Coach through the Flow Research Collective and I have accomplished 3,000 plus hours of leadership training. My personal education consists of an Associates degree and Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and my Masters degree in Acquisitions & Contract Management.
My hobbies include working out, rowing, reading true crime or personal growth books, traveling, hiking, and spending time with the ones I love. I do not call one place home. I am traveling and living into the joy and gratitude of impermanence.
