Objectives:

1. Fostering a Trust-Centric Culture: Develop and implement strategies to establish trust as the fundamental pillar of team dynamics. This includes understanding the elements of trust-building, practicing transparency, and creating an environment where open communication is valued. Leaders will learn how to recognize and utilize these dynamics to enhance decision-making, expectation management, and personal and team resilience.
